This winter I was fortunate enough to travel to the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaii. Winter always gets me a little sluggish and blue with all the cloudy, cold days but the sunshine and warmth of Hawaii gave me exactly what I needed. Vitamin D and relaxation. Below are just a few photos of a day on the beach with a couple of my lady friends and one very handsome man. And me, not pictured, because you know, I'm always behind the camera. One day I will learn to selfie if only for posterity!

Hot tip: When you forget to bring a bottle opener, use a rock. You'll either smash the bottle or actually open to drink. One of the two.
