Earlier this year Ross and I had the opportunity to go to Israel and Jordan. I, of course, used this as the perfect excuse to buy a new camera but nothing fancy and complicated, rather the opposite. Something simple and manual. Vacations have always been a source of inspiration. It not only resets something internally which is why I'm convinced that mandatory vacations should be a thing but also places you in something unfamiliar. Seeing things for the first time reminds you of the importance of slowing down and noticing the small things - that beauty is always surrounding us and we shouldn't only notice it the first time we see it but instead hold on to it every day. So this vacation, I took my little film camera and went on a little journey. Below are a few shots from Jerusalem, Ceasarea, Petra, and Wadi Rum.
